Mobitel internet settings for Android phones





 Android phone models are not supported with automated configuration system.
You can set up your handset to mobitel GPRS settings manually Follow the below instructions.










Follow the instructions to set up your phone
  • : Go to menu Select settings icon
  • : Select Wireless and networks > mobile networks
  • : Use packet data  add a tick
  • : Select Access Point Names > click option buttons or touch
  • : Select  New APN  > Name > type name m3> ok
  • : APN > type mobitel3g > ok
  • : proxy,  port, user name, password, server and MMSC  keep in blank
  • : Select MMS proxy > type 192.168.050.163
  • : Select MMS port > type 8080
  • : MCC 413 > MNC 01
  • : Select Authentication type  none
  • : Select APN type  internet 
  • : Click option button or touch  Select save 
  • : Select m3  

Now you can connect internet and enjoy.

    Above post was for a older version. Now Just create a new APN profile. (andriod kit kat) with the following: which worked for me.

    Select New APN > Name > type name m3> ok
    : APN > type mobitel3g > ok

    You may use the same number everywhere, even if you want to visit many nations in one trip. You must be aware that you will even be charged for incoming calls when you use your local SIM card while traveling outside your country. Multi-IMSI SIM Card
